Get Clear on Your "Why"

First, let's anchor why you're here.

(having a more meaningful "why" makes you far more likely to stick with it!)

Grab a piece of paper and jot down:

1. What's the #1 thing you want to feel more of in 2026?

(Energy, calm, clarity, strength, presence?)

2. What's one daily struggle you hope better sleep will help?

I.e. What prompted you to start this challenge?

(Brain fog, mood, cravings, focus, recovery?)

3. How will your days feel different if this changes?

Keep this somewhere safe - we'll revisit it at the end of the challenge. It can also act as your personal anchor when motivation dips (as naturally, it will).

ACTIVITY 2

Build the Three Core Pillars
for the Week

Repeat all three daily, starting today, until the end of the challenge.
We will keep referring to these three pillars throughout the week!

These are the core habits that bring your circadian rhythm, sleep drive, and arousal cues back into alignment — the groundwork for better sleep this week.
